About our partnership with Dental Network of America

In July 2009, we formed a partnership with Dental Network of America to offer our members access to the largest PPO network in the country. Dental Network of America is responsible for all dental claims processing and inquiries, allowing Blue Cross to focus on developing the best possible dental plans and programs for your patients.

Transition Update

July 29, 2011:

Dental Network of America now handles administrative services for all Blue DentalSM plans.

DNoA's electronic inquiry system, SecureXChange® has replaced your access to web-DENIS for online patient inquiries. Register your office at secure-xchange.com. Call 1-888-826-8152, rather than CAREN, with patient inquiries.
