That's our Medicare Advantage provider call center. Choose benefits and eligibility, and you'll be transferred to PARS. The system will want to know if you're:

  • A professional provider billing on a CMS-1500
  • A hospital or facility provider billing on the UB-04
  • Calling for vision or hearing 

You'll need to enter your NPI, tax ID or facility code; your specialty; the patient's contract number, birth date and the first five letters of their first name.
