As of July 14, 2017, all professional and facility providers will now need to contact PARS (Provider Automated Response System) to obtain claims information. The hours that a provider will be able to transfer to a provider servicing representative are unchanged, however PARS can provide claims status and eligibility and benefits information 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
