Register for Provider Secured Services

Instructions for facility providers

  1. Download the Facility Secured Access application (PDF)

  2. Non-hospital facilities need to fill out the Use and Protection Agreement (PDF)

  3. Mail the completed forms to the address listed on the forms.

  4. We'll call you with your user ID and password.

  5. Once you've got your user ID and password, use the "Login to Secured Services" button in the upper-left of any provider page on this site to access the login screen.

Tools available to facility providers in Provider Secured Services

  • Claims Tracking for Participating providers for BCBSM, BCN, out-of-state BCBS Plans
  • Complete Pre-notifications and Exception Admissions electronically
  • Correct facility claims online
  • Access to newsletters, provider manuals, fee schedules and many other resources
