Electronic Funds Transfer and Online Vouchers

What is this program?

The electronic funds transfer and online voucher program electronically sends payments to your choice of financial accounts and lets you view and print remittance advices, or vouchers, online.


Who is eligible?

This program is available to participating Michigan professional providers, including billers of routine vision and hearing services. If you do not have a user ID and password for Secured Services, you will need to register for Secured Services to access it.


At this time, the program does not include dental or facility providers or payments for FEP and Medicare Advantage members.


How do I register?

Once you've registered for Secured Services and received your user ID and password, or if you already have a user ID and password, use the Login to Secured Services button in the upper-left of any provider page of this site to access the login screen. Select "Register Provider(s)" under the Electronic Funds Transfer section. Just complete the information and submit.


How long will it take to become registered?

To allow time for verification of banking information, please allow three to five weeks for your form to be processed. Until you are successfully enrolled, you will continue to receive payments and vouchers in the mail.


We'll send you a confirmation letter notifying you that your registration is complete.
