Register for Provider Secured Services

Instructions for dental providers

  1. Download the Dental Secured Access application (PDF) and the Use and Protection Agreement (PDF)

  2. Mail the completed forms to the address listed on the forms.

  3. We'll call you with your user ID and password.

  4. Once you've got your user ID and password, use the "Login to Secured Services" button in the upper-left of any provider page on this site to access the login screen.

* Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan uses the DenteMax network for its dental plans. DenteMax is an independent company that provides a network of PPO dentists to Blue members.


Tools available to dental providers in Provider Secured Services

  • Patient Eligibility for BCBSM (Local, NASCO, MOS) FEP, BCN, Medicare and Medicaid
  • Dental Claims Tracking for BCBSM
  • Ability to view predetermined claims
  • Access to newsletters, provider manuals, fee schedules and many other resources
