Register for Provider Secured Services

Instructions for billing providers

  1. Download the Billing Service Secured Access application (PDF) and the Use and Protection Agreement (PDF)

  2. Mail the completed forms to the address listed on the forms.

  3. We'll call you with your user ID and password.

  4. Once you've got your user ID and password, use the "Login to Secured Services" button in the upper-left of any provider page on this site to access the login screen.

Tools available to billing providers in Provider Secured Services

  • Patient Eligibility for BCBSM (Local, NASCO, MOS) FEP, BCN and out-of-state BCBS Plans, Medicare and Medicaid
  • Claims Tracking for participating providers for BCBSM, BCN and out-of-state BCBS Plans
  • Register to receive electronic remittance advise and electronic vouchers
  • Access to newsletters, provider manuals, fee schedules and many other resources
