BCN Advantage HMOSM Formulary
(Option 2 and Option 3)
The BCN Advantage Fomulary is a list of FDA-approved prescription medications reviewed by BCBSM and BCN Pharmacy Services departments as well as Therapeutic Committees.
Physicians and pharmacists are encouraged to refer to the BCN Advantage Formulary when selecting prescription drug therapy for eligible BCN Advantage members.
BCN will generally cover drugs listed in our formulary as long as the drug is medically necessary, the prescription is filled at a BCN Advantage network pharmacy and other plan rules are followed.
