BCN Advantage HMO-POSSM Formularies
(Basic, Classic, Prestige and Groups)
The BCN Advantage HMO-POS group and individual comprehensive drug fomularies list the FDA-approved prescription medications reviewed by the BCBSM and BCN Pharmacy and Therapeutics Committee.
Physicians and pharmacists are encouraged to refer to the BCN Advantage comprehensive formularies when selecting prescription drug therapy for eligible BCN AdvantageSM members.
BCN will generally cover drugs listed in our formularies as long as the drug is medically necessary, the prescription is filled at a BCN Advantage network pharmacy and other plan rules are followed.

To determine which formulary to use, refer to the CMS Plan number on the ID card.
