1. Prior Authorizations & Claims
   Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
   Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
   


2. Eligibility & Benefits
   Monday through Friday: 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.
   


3. Host Processing Errors, Slow Server Connectivity & Pharmacy Check Inquiries
   Open 24 hours per day, 7 days a week
   


4. Exceptions and Appeals
   Monday through Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m.
   Saturday: 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.
