For questions about billing, benefits or eligibility that CAREN and web-DENIS can't answer, call Provider Inquiry from 8:30 a.m. to noon and from 1 p.m. to 4:45 p.m., Monday through Friday. (The West Michigan call center is open from 8:30 a.m. to 4:45 p.m.)
