MyBlue^SM product rate calculator

Now that you've identified the MyBlue product or products that best meet your individual needs, you can use this calculator to estimate your monthly payments. To find the current rate for the product you're interested in:

1. Select the Medical Plan from the dropdown menu.
2. Check Maternity Coverage and/or Dental if you would like either or both of these coverage options included in your rate. (Please note: If the options are not available for the plan you select, you will not be able to check the box.)
3. Select the Effective Date for coverage to begin from the dropdown menu.
4. For each person that you want included on the policy, enter the Name and corresponding Date of Birth. (Please note: For more than one person, click the "Add" button.)
5. Click the Calculate button located directly below the Effective Date.
