How are the plans different?

Flexible Blue Dental Plus members select a dentist from our PPO network* when receiving dental care. This plan gives members:

• Lower monthly premiums
• A network discount of up to 40 percent on noncovered services
• Annual maximum of $800 per member

You'll receive a Blues ID card with a distinct ID number for your dental plan. This card is separate from your medical ID card. Always remember to present your dental ID card to your dentist at the time you receive services.
