Naturally Blue
For members interested in alternative approaches to better health, Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan and Blue Care Network created the Naturally Blue program. Through a partnership with American WholeHealth Networks, BCBSM and BCN make it easy to find and use qualified practitioners. Naturally Blue provides discounts on select services and natural health care products. The national network includes more than 25,000 practitioners in more than 35 specialties.
Naturally Blue provides Blues members with discounts off the cost of the following services when they visit a network practitioner. The actual discount Blues members will receive is listed in the Find a Practitioner search feature:

How to Receive a Discount
Show your Michigan Blues member ID card to the network practitioner when you arrive for covered discount services. There is no limit to the number of times you can receive the discount.
Find a health and wellness practitioner
If you'd like to nominate a practitioner to our Naturally Blue network, please complete the Practitioner Nomination Form.
Discounts for vitamins and supplements and magazine subscriptions are available through phone and Web orders.

The Naturally Blue Discount Program is not a pre-paid plan or insurance
The Naturally Blue program, BCBSM and BCN will not reimburse or otherwise pay any portion of any complementary or alternative-medicine practitioner’s fee, wellness facility charges, vitamin costs or magazine subscriptions. The discounts available through Naturally Blue may not be used in connection with any health coverage (such as to reduce the deductible copayment or coinsurance obligation). Naturally Blue discounts may not be used in conjunction with any other discount or coupon.

American WholeHealth's site is governed by American WholeHealth's privacy policy. WholeHealthMD tracks user traffic patterns throughout its site. However, American WholeHealth does not correlate this information with data about individual users. Users remain anonymous in the tracking process. WholeHealthMD uses this information to determine which areas of the site are most popular with its users, based on traffic to those areas. WholeHealthMD does not track what individual users read, but rather how well each page performs overall. This helps American WholeHealth continue to build a better service for the consumer.
