At Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan, we understand the importance of protecting your health information. We follow strict privacy policies in accordance with state and federal laws. For example, we never sell your health information to anyone or disclose it to any company who may want to sell products to you.

Individual plan members that have Medicare coverage independent of a group may select the Notice of Privacy Practices for your plan below. You may also request the Notice of Privacy Practices in alternative formats by calling 877-241-2583 for Medicare Plus Blue or call 800-565-1770 for Prescription Drug Program (PDP) Monday–Friday, 7 a.m.–7 p.m. TTY users call 800-579-0235.
