Want to stop smoking or using tobacco?

If you're ready to quit within the next 30 days, we offer Tobacco Cessation Coaching. It's a free, 12-week, phone-based plan to help you kick the habit. The program gives you tips and support to help you succeed.

You’ll get:

  • Five calls with a health coach during the 12-week program
  • Additional support after the program ends
  • A personal plan for quitting
  • Online help and information

Health coaches are available: 

Monday to Thursday: 9 a.m. to 11:30 p.m.

Friday: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

Saturday: 9:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. 

Sunday: 1 to 11:30 p.m. 

All hours are Eastern time.
