Our kidney health program is part of our chronic condition management program. We want to help you understand kidney disease and learn how to live well with it.
Managing your kidney health
Testing, monitoring and making simple lifestyle changes can make a difference in your quality of life.
By following your treatment plan, there’s a lot you can do to live well. You can manage your condition and work with your doctor to:
- Create a personal action plan (PDF)
- Use medicines correctly
- Eat healthy foods and monitor your fluid intake
- Get a flu shot every year
- Quit smoking
