Do I need to retake the health assessment if I've already completed one?
Your health assessment score is valid for six months.
If it’s been less than six months since you completed your health assessment, you won’t have to retake it.
If it’s been more than six months since you completed your health assessment, you need to retake it. You’ll be guided through retaking the health assessment if you’re eligible to retake it.
