How often does the board meet and where?
Directors
Members of our Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Board of Directors meet about eight times a year, usually at the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Service Center in Detroit. Meetings usually begin at 3 p.m. and end at 6 p.m. Directors will need their own transportation for the meetings.
Selection Councils
Members of our Small Group Director Selection Council and our Nongroup Director Selection Council meet four to six to times a year, usually at the Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan Service Center in Detroit.
