How do I know if I qualify for the Automatic Payment Plan?

You can use the Automatic Payment Plan if you’re an individual or direct billed member. 

If you don’t know whether this applies to you, check the front of your Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan ID card. If your group number starts with a 9, you’re an individual or direct billed member, and you can enroll in the Automatic Payment Plan.
