How can I pay my bill online?


Our eBilling feature lets you handle all your bills and payments online. Here are some of the advantages: 

  • View and pay your bills quickly, easily and paper-free.
  • View your billing and payment history, once you’ve started using eBilling to pay your bills.
  • Create and download reports about your account.
  • Access your account to make updates to your payment plan.
  • Get email reminders about your bill.
  • Reduce your paper use and clutter.
  • Set up recurring payments.

Whether you're a PPO or HMO member, signing up for eBilling is simple. Just log in to your account at If you're eligible, you'll see Pay My Premium in the right-hand column. Click the link and follow the instructions to get started.

Did you try to pay your bill through your online account on but didn't see your new plan listed there?

It may take a few days for your new plan to appear on your online account. If you want to make a payment right away, you can:

  • Call a customer service representative using the number on the back of your Blues ID card.
  • Visit one of our walk-in centers

Online banking

You can easily pay your bill along with your other online payments. Just ask your bank how to set it up. Before you begin, make sure to find your account number.
