How can I pay my bill by phone or mail?

By phone: You can pay your bill by phone by calling the number on the back of your Blues ID card. Make sure to have your account number handy before you call. You can find your account number here. Credit and debit cards are accepted.

By mail: Please follow the instructions on your bill to mail us your payment. We accept checks and money orders.

Your payment will be processed faster if you:

  • Include your payment coupon with your payment.
  • Write your account number on your check or money order.

If you have a Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan PPO or EPO individual and family plan, including:

  • Blue Cross® Premier (Catastrophic, Bronze, Silver or Gold, Platinum)
  • Blue Cross® Silver, a Multi-State Plan or Blue Cross® Gold, a Multi-State Plan
  • Blue Cross® Metro Detroit EPO
