Will insurers cover everyone regardless of health status?

Yes. We’ve always provided health insurance coverage to anyone regardless of health status. By 2014, everyone else will have to join us. 

The new law requires insurers to offer coverage to anyone regardless of health status. The law also prevents insurers from varying premiums based on health status.
