What’s my coinsurance?

Coinsurance is your share of the cost of a health care service after you have met your deductible.

With the Keep Fit℠ plan, your coinsurance is:

• 30 percent for in-network inpatient services
• 50 percent for out-of-network inpatient services

There’s no coinsurance for outpatient or emergency services.
