What’s my out-of-pocket maximum?

An out-of-pocket maximum is the amount of money you have to spend before your health insurance covers 100 percent of the cost of health care services.

Your out-of-pocket maximum depends on:

  • What level of deductible you choose
  • Whether you have an individual or family plan
  • Whether you receive in-network or out-of-network care

For the complete list of out-of-pocket maximums, please visit one of the Flexible Blue II℠ plan pages below.
