If you’re in a family plan, your total monthly premium isn’t just your premium. You also have to add in the premiums for your spouse and any children you may have. You also have to factor in taxes.  We have a tax assessment calculator that can help with that.

The rates on the rate sheet are just estimates. Your premium may be lower or higher depending on your health history.
