If you're a Blue Care Network member, this information can help you learn why a procedure your doctor is suggesting is not covered.

In order for a procedure to be covered, it has to:

  • Meet our medical criteria
  • Be included in your plan’s benefits
  • Be provided by your primary care physician, or a specialist in your network who was referred by your primary care physician

For more information about your coverage, please refer to your Certificate of Coverage. You can find it online by signing in to Member Secured Services.
