How do I enroll in Healthy Blue HSA℠?

Our Healthy Blue HSA healthy savings account is available if you are enrolled in one of our Flexible Blue health insurance plans.

To open a Healthy Blue HSA, just fill out the Healthy Blue HSA Enrollment Form (PDF) and either fax or mail it to us.

After you’re enrolled, you’ll get a Healthy Blue HSA Welcome Kit. It has information on activating and managing your account.

If you aren't enrolled in one of our Flexible Blue plans and have questions about Healthy Blue HSA, you can talk to one of our Health Plan Advisors at 1-877-469-2583.

If you're already a member of one of our Flexible Blue plans, just call Customer Service at 1-888-288-2738 and we can help you get what you need.
