What’s my deductible?

A deductible is the amount of money you have to pay for health care services before your health insurance begins to pay.

Both plans have the same deductible:

  • $50 for individuals
  • $100 for families

Your deductible doesn’t apply to preventive services, like teeth cleanings or oral exams. It only applies to basic and major restorative services.

To see how your deductible applies to specific services, please visit the Personal Blue Dental℠ page.
