What’s my annual maximum?

An annual maximum is how much your insurance will pay for your covered services over the course of the year. You’ll have to pay the full cost of any procedures you receive after you’ve reached your annual maximum.

Personal Blue Dental℠

Each member of your plan has a $1,250 annual maximum.

Personal Blue Dental Plus℠

Each member of your plan has a $1,000 annual maximum.
