Want to see what we paid for a claim? Looking for a history of your doctor visits? Check out your EOBs. Explanation of Benefits statements are your record of the claims we’ve processed. They tell you when you saw your doctor, what services you received, how much we paid and more.
Need copies? You can print your EOBs or save electronic copies for your records. Once you choose to receive your EOBs online, they’ll be available for two years from your opt-in date.
