Plan Highlights
With Blue Choice, members:
- Choose a primary care physician to help coordinate their medical care
- Can choose any POS provider without going through a PCP for a referral and remain in-network
- Have the option of using out-of-network providers with higher cost-sharing and possible balance billings from nonparticipating providers
