Agent Fee Payment Process and Agreement

Did you work with one of our agents to offer employer-sponsored health insurance through Blue Cross Blue Shield of Michigan or Blue Care Network? If so, you may have negotiated a fee to pay for the agent's services.

We can assist you with the payment process for the agent fee. This document explains the details: Agent Fee Payment Process (PDF).

In order for us to process agent fees for your group, you and your agent will need to submit a signed Agent Fee Processing Agreement (PDF).

It must arrive at our Agent Administration office at least 30 days prior to the 1st of the month in which the Agent Fee payment will become effective.
