How the Health Care Benefits Online tool works
We know that managing your employee enrollment takes a lot of work. But did you know that Health Care Benefits Online (HCBO) can help make your job easier?
This online tool lets you view and update your employees’ contracts and health care information. Log in to Group Secured Services to use it.
There are two levels of HCBO access: contract maintenance and eligibility verification.
Contract maintenance
With this level of access, you can:
- View and update employees’ health care information
- Update employees’ contracts
- Verify coverage for all members on an employee’s plan
