If I have mostly part-time employees, do I still have to provide health care coverage?

Employers with 50 or more full-time employees have to provide health insurance for their employees or they’ll be penalized.

Part-time employees count toward this limit based on how many hours they work.

For example, if you have 50 part-time employees who work 20 hours a week, they count as 25 full-time employees under this law.
