Do I have to automatically enroll employees in a health care plan?

If you’re an employer with more than 200 full-time employees, you’ll be required to automatically enroll new, full-time employees in your health care plan. You’ll have to tell your employees about the enrollment in advance and provide them with the opportunity to opt out. 

The Department of Labor is still working out the details. The automatic enrollment regulations won’t be effective until 2015, at least.
