Claim Resolution

When a medical service is fully or partially denied, the enrolled UAW Trust member should be sure the denial is correct before paying the charges for the denied services. Once a determination is made that the services were correctly denied, the enrolled member should pay the provider of those denied services to avoid being placed in collection. Questions? Call the Customer Service number on the back of your enrollee ID card and we'll help.
