Healthy Blue Living Rewards is Michigan's first employer-sponsored, outcome-based HMO plan that rewards members with lower health care costs for achieving healthy results. Healthy Blue Living Rewards is an extension of Blue Care Network's successful Healthy Blue Living product. It takes personal accountability to the next level by lowering copays and deductibles for members who succeed in improving their health by reaching certain wellness goals.
